How far in advance should I book an inflatable?
We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure availability and proper planning.

All our inflatables are rigorously cleaned and inspected after each use, and we provide safety instructions and optional onsite staff.

What if it rains on the day of my event
In case of bad weather, we offer a flexible rescheduling option or can arrange for covered setup
Do you require a deposit, and is it refundable?
Yes, we require a deposit to secure your booking. The deposit is 50% refundable if you cancel at least one week before the event. Cancellations made less than one week from the event date are non-refundable.
Can the inflatables be set up on any type of surface
Our inflatables can be set up on most flat surfaces such as grass, dirt, asphalt, and concrete. We do require a space check beforehand to ensure the safety and stability of the setup. Please inform us about the type of surface in advance so we can prepare appropriately.
