Terms Of Service

Bookings & Deposits

  • A deposit is required to secure any rental.

  • Deposits are non-refundable but can be credited for future rentals.

Cancellations & Weather Policy

  • Weather-related cancellations receive a “rain check” credit.

  • Once equipment is set up, no refunds for weather changes.

Delivery & Pickup

  • Delivery fees apply depending on location.

  • Customer must provide safe, clear access for setup and pickup.

Equipment Use & Safety

  • Units must stay clean, dry, and free of shoes, food, drinks, pets, or sharp objects.

  • Blower must stay plugged in and running during use.

  • Adult supervision is required at all times.

Damage & Extra Fees

  • Customer is responsible for damage due to misuse or negligence.

  • $50 cleaning fee for excessively dirty units.

  • $50 fee if inflatable is returned wet due to negligence.

  • $100 fee for silly string use on or near inflatables.

Liability & Insurance

  • We carry liability insurance.

  • Renter assumes responsibility for safe use and supervision.

  • Company not liable for injuries caused by misuse or lack of supervision.

Additional Rules

  • Parks may require permits or insurance (extra fees apply).

  • Tax-exempt groups (schools, churches, nonprofits) must provide proper forms.
